Your PTAC Counselor
Kim is the Program Manager/Counselor with the PTAC of South Central Michigan, in the Jackson and Lansing Satellite Offices. Prior to coming to the PTAC office, Kim was the bookkeeper and Procurement Specialist for a small machine shop, where for 2 1/2 years she searched for government opportunities, gathered information to be able to quote on the opportunities best suited for them, and did the bidding. Kim is an MSU graduate with a degree in Elementary and Special Education. She has logged in many hours with classes and training to become more educated and keep up to date on government procurement and regulations. She has also owned two small businesses, so she understands the struggles that small businesses can have.
