Site & Building Searches for New Locations/Expansions
Enterprise Group (EG) Staff can identify sites and buildings that meet the specific needs clients are looking for, using a variety of local and regional sources. Our services are confidential and at no cost to the client.
Compile Project Data and Demographics
EG Staff can address the specific data needs for client projects such as workforce and labor data; traffic counts; population, consumer spending, infrastructure, and planning and zoning concerns.
Workforce Needs
EG Staff works with partner organizations to address a client’s workforce needs including labor availability, apprenticeship training and customized training needs.

Incentive, Financing and Tax Abatements
EG Staff works closely with clients to identify applicable incentives, tax abatements and financing options. EG Staff will serve as a liaison between the client and the State of Michigan, local governments and local development authorities throughout the review and approval process.
Property Redevelopment and Brownfield Assistance
The EG staffs the Jackson County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (JCBRA) and has expertise in the brownfield assessment process and site/building redevelopment.
Government Contracting
The EG hosts APEX Accelerators (formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Center, or PTAC) for Jackson County and the surrounding area. APEX Accelerator Staff assists clients with governmental contracting issues. The staff offers classes, one-on-one counseling, and referrals regarding state and federal contracting. The APEX Accelerator program is funded through grant proceeds and comes at NO COST to our clients.
